WHAT CHANGES WITH “BREXIT”?
Starting 1 January 2021 the procedures to ship goods from the EU to the UK will be subject to changes.
Despite the EU and the UK having agreed a free trade deal, which will not imply additional import taxes below 135 £ orders,
the supply chain will be, however, subject to additional costs and delivery procedures will be longer.
WILL PRODUCTS BE MORE EXPENSIVE?
English authorities set a threshold, which will not imply customs duties, for all products with a value up to £ 135 and which will not have any increase.
All products beyond said threshold will be subject to 15% average customs duties. This increase will not be included to the price of the products. It will be automatically included in the shipping costs.
WILL SHIPPING COSTS HAVE AN INCREASE?
We will face new costs when shipping goods to the UK. However, we are doing our best to keep the increase as low as possible.
The Free shipping procedure will be solely applied to Economy shipping procedures, as well as, for products starting from 80 £ up to 135 £.
Products with a value higher than £ 135 will be shipped free of charge, yet customs duties will be included.
WILL DELIVERIES TAKE LONGER TO ARRIVE?
Economy Shipping deliveries will take up to 5/7 working days
Express Shipping will take 3/4 working days.
WILL I HAVE TO PAY ANY AMOUNT AT THE MOMENT OF DELIVERY?
No, you will not have to pay additional costs at the moment of delivery, as the online payment will include the total amount due for your products to be dispatched at your address.
SHIPPING HANDLING
All orders are shipped within 2 working days from payment. The orders made on Fridays after 12.00 p.m. will be shipped on the following Monday
