Ordered the wrong size or changed your mind? At LondonStore, you have 30 days to request a free return.
Free return
The return is completely free if:
- You do it within 30 days of delivery
- Use our simplified online process
- We collect with our courier
- Return the item in the same condition you received it.
How to make a return
On LondonStore you can make a return completely independently by following the guided procedure.
- Access the "My Orders" or "Returns" section in your reserved area
- Click on the “Return” button where the maximum return limit is indicated
- Select the products and enter all the required information
- You will be provided with a prepaid label or a link to generate one.
- Ship the products
You can track your return shipment and remember that refunds will be processed within 2 business days of receiving the return.

How long do I have to make a return?
On LondonStore, you have 30 days to request a free return. In the "Orders" and "Returns" sections of your member's area, you can view the return option.
Is it possible to change size?
We do not exchange sizes or colors. Since returns are always free, you can place a new order and return the original in the meantime.
Do you think you received a defective product or the wrong item?
- Open a return request indicating that the product is defective/wrong.
We will refund you as soon as your product arrives in stock.
- Place a new order. If you wish to receive the same product, you will need to place a new order. The two transactions are separate.
