Free shipping above €99
Free Express shipping for all orders from €99.00 onwards.
For lower amounts, the shipping cost is €6.50.
Processing and Delivery Times
- Order processing: generally within 1–2 working days
- Estimated delivery: within 2–3 working days from the order date
In many cases, delivery can take place in less than 24 hours from the order, depending on the area and the courier's collection times.

To ensure fast and reliable shipments, we rely on:

The courier is selected based on destination, volumes and best delivery times.

Furthermore, if you placed the order as a registered user, you can also view everything from the "My Orders" section in your reserved area.
In-Store Collection
You can choose collection from the selected store.
- Availability within 1–2 working days
- You will receive an e-mail when the order is ready for collection
Remember to bring with you:
- a copy of the order (also digital)
- an identification document

Shipping FAQs
I received the tracking but it is not yet active
Tracking can become active at different times depending on the courier.
For example, GLS Italy makes tracking visible when the package is scanned at the departure branch. If the label was generated after the warehouse collection time, activation could occur in the evening or on the first working day following.
My package is "out for delivery": will the courier contact me?
We provide the courier with all the information entered in the order, but a phone call or appointment cannot always be guaranteed.
To avoid failed delivery and potential warehousing, we recommend that you monitor the shipment status via tracking and verify that the address and contact details you entered are correct.
