La plastica (era scritto che non era pelle) di cui sono fatti i lacci è proprio di bassa qualità: si sono staccati i pezzettini neri subito al primo inserimento nel laccetto, dietro il tallone si è staccato da solo il rivestimento. Dopo 4 volte che li ho indossati si è strappato dalla suola il primo laccetto anteriore quello che trattiene le dita. E ho un piedino magro e so camminare sui tacchi perfettamente (da 35 anni). Consiglio alla ditta di migliorare la fattura della scarpa perché se le avessi comprate a prezzo pieno mi sarei lamentata moltissimo.

J’ai passé commande sur votre site, qui indiquait une livraison sous 48 heures. Cela devait donc me permettre de recevoir le sac à dos avant le 2 septembre, jour de la rentrée scolaire de mon fils. Malheureusement, j’ai finalement reçu le colis le 3 septembre. Sachant que j’ai payé près de 10 € pour la livraison, je trouve ce délai particulièrement décevant. Mon fils n’a donc pas pu porter son nouveau sac à dos pour sa rentrée, ce qui était précisément la raison pour laquelle j’avais choisi cette livraison rapide. C’est donc une grande déception et la raison pour laquelle je vous attribue une seule étoile.
