Consiglio alla ditta di migliorare la fattura della scarpa perché se le avessi comprate a prezzo pieno mi sarei lamentata moltissimo.

J’ai passé commande sur votre site, qui indiquait une livraison sous 48 heures. Cela devait donc me permettre de recevoir le sac à dos avant le 2 septembre, jour de la rentrée scolaire de mon fils. Malheureusement, j’ai finalement reçu le colis le 3 septembre. Sachant que j’ai payé près de 10 € pour la livraison, je trouve ce délai particulièrement décevant. Mon fils n’a donc pas pu porter son nouveau sac à dos pour sa rentrée, ce qui était précisément la raison pour laquelle j’avais choisi cette livraison rapide.
